Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, so we've created a policy that's fair for everyone. Cancellations Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your session are non-refundable. Rescheduling You can reschedule your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your session, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your booking cannot be accommodated. No Shows & Late Arrivals If you do not attend your session or arrive too late to participate, your booking will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session start time. Weather Our sessions run in most weather conditions, including rain and wind. If we need to cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll be offered the choice of a full refund or the opportunity to transfer your booking to another date. Health & Safety Guests participate at their own risk and should ensure they are medically fit to use the sauna and cold plunge. If you're unsure, please seek medical advice before booking.
